Your receipt date is before the "Case inquiry date" shown in processing times
Did Not Receive Notice or Decision
Case status shows document was mailed but you haven't received it after 30 days
Did Not Receive Card
Green card or EAD was mailed but not received after 30 days
Correction Needed
Typographical error on notice or card that needs correction
